Der Bedarf wird in der Mindestzeit in Minuten ausgedr\u00fcckt, die ein Brand ben\u00f6tigt, um sich in einen anderen Brandabschnitt zu bewegen. Diese Ausbreitung kann durch Brandeindringung und\/oder Brandausbreitung erfolgen. Durch die richtigen Vorkehrungen kann eine Fassade den Anforderungen gerecht werden. Die Grundvoraussetzung f\u00fcr Fassadenverkleidungen ist die Brandklasse D, in bestimmten Situationen wie \u00f6ffentlichen Geb\u00e4uden, Geb\u00e4uden \u00fcber 13 Metern und Fluchtwegen ist die Brandklasse B erforderlich. Der Bauerlass unterscheidet zwischen Neubau und Bestandsbau. Diese Unterscheidung ist wichtig, da die Brandausbreitung f\u00fcr Neubauten und Bestandsbauten nach unterschiedlichen Normen bestimmt wird: f\u00fcr Neubauten NEN-EN 13501-1 und f\u00fcr Bestandsbauten NEN 6065. Die Brandklasse einer Fassade h\u00e4ngt davon ab, wie schnell sie in Brand ger\u00e4t und wie schnell sich der Brand weiter entwickelt. Bei der Bestimmung der Brandklasse einer Fassadenkonstruktion muss die gesamte Konstruktion in der Endanwendung (END-USE) ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Also die Fassadenverkleidung, die Tragkonstruktion und das D\u00e4mmmaterial. Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr eine Fassadenkonstruktion in einer Endanwendung ist das Forestlines\u00ae-Fassadensystem.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Kombination mehrerer Materialien, die jeweils einzeln beispielsweise die Brandklasse D, B oder A erf\u00fcllen, kann es sein, dass die Verbundkonstruktion nicht die Brandklasse B erf\u00fcllt. Der Grund hierf\u00fcr liegt darin, dass sich das Brandverhalten der einzelnen Materialien gegenseitig negativ beeinflussen kann. Daher ist es wichtig, dass Materialien der Brandklasse B oder A auch in der Anwendung (END-USE) getestet wurden. Um zu ermitteln, welche Anforderungen die Fassade erf\u00fcllen muss, wird in der Regel ein Stufenplan in den verschiedenen Situationen herangezogen. Zum Beispiel Neubau oder Bestandsbau, Einfamilienhaus oder die H\u00f6he des Geb\u00e4udeteils und die Funktion des Geb\u00e4udes, zum Beispiel \u00f6ffentliche Geb\u00e4ude oder Geb\u00e4ude mit Galerien usw.
